Saha Account Deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your Saha account and associated personal data without reinstalling or opening the Saha mobile app.

How to request deletion

  1. Email delete@sahawrld.com and clearly state that you want your Saha account deleted.
  2. Preferably send the request from the email address associated with your Saha account.
  3. If you used Sign in with Apple with Hide My Email, provide the Apple relay email address associated with Saha, if you know it.

Keep your credentials private

Do not send passwords, verification codes, Apple ID passwords, access tokens, session tokens, private keys, or any other authentication credentials with your request.

Verification and deletion

Saha may perform reasonable account-ownership verification before processing your request to prevent unauthorized deletion. Requests may require verification and review, so deletion is not necessarily instantaneous.

When your request is approved, Saha deletes your account and associated personal data through its account-deletion process. Limited records may be retained only where necessary for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, accounting, safety, or compliance purposes.
